How we use your data
Data is used to process and deliver orders, respond to enquiries, and maintain records required for accounting and tax purposes. We may use your email address to reply to a message or confirm an order. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making. If you ask us not to contact you again, we record that and act on it.
In practice that means a delivery address is used to send a parcel, a phone number is used only if a courier needs to reach you, and an email address is used to answer the question you asked. Information we hold is never used to decide which visitors to treat differently or to price anything for you personally.

Data may be shared with delivery providers in Indonesia so that an order can reach you, and with payment processing channels relevant to bank transfer or cash on delivery. We share only what is necessary for that purpose.
We do not share personal data with advertisers or data brokers. If a legal authority makes a valid request, we comply to the extent required by Indonesian law, and we share the narrowest set of records that answers that request.

Retention
Order and accounting records are kept for the period required by Indonesian tax and commercial rules. Contact messages are kept while the enquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for reference.
When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised. You can request earlier deletion by writing to [email protected], subject to legal retention obligations.

Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Access to order data is limited to team members who need it to process orders and answer enquiries.
